As we provide on-going day-to-day support to all of our clients, there is no flexibility in the advertised 9am-3pm (Mon-Fri) availability. Sorry, but this one's a must.

Even if you're willing to work early/late across the different time zones, unfortunately, for various reasons, you must be located in the advertised state/s to be considered for the position.

The biggest tip? Read the ad properly and tailor your answers to the role you’re applying for. We can usually tell pretty quickly when someone has copied and pasted the same application everywhere.
Professional is great, but authentic is even better. We love getting a feel for your personality, communication style, and who you are as a human — not just what’s on your resume, OR what AI told you to say!
A few other quick tips:
Double check your spelling and grammar before submitting
Put genuine effort into the “Why do you want to work with Offsiters?” question and limit the AI assistance!
Take a little time to look through our website and understand what we actually do
Don’t stress if you don’t meet every single criteria listed in the ad
While experience is important, we also place a huge value on things like attitude, reliability, initiative, communication, and being a genuinely good fit for the team.

All applicants will receive an email from us with the outcome of their application once the review and shortlisting process is complete, which usually takes around 3 weeks from your application date.
This email is sent via SEEK. If it has been longer than 3 weeks since you applied, please make sure you check your junk folder. We encourage all applicants to apply again in the next round of intakes if they're unsuccessful.

Although we completely understand and appreciate the request for feedback, we regularly receive thousands of applications for these positions, so we are unable to provide individualised feedback for those that weren't shortlisted for an interview.
Having said that, there are usually a few main reasons:
You did not complete the screening exercise
Your screening exercise results did not meet our criteria (i.e. incorrect answers etc.)
Spelling or grammatical mistakes in your screening exercise answers and/or resume
Your reason "why" you want to work for Offsiters didn't grab our attention

No stress at all — we completely understand that circumstances, priorities, and opportunities can change.

You don’t need to provide a reason, though you’re very welcome to if you’d like to.
